Tax Certificates (Retirement Annuity)

To view the IT 3 (b) and IT 3 (c) Tax Certificates for the Policyholder, click  alongside Tax Certificates on the sub-menu on the left.  Additional options will be displayed.

IT 3 (b)

To view the IT 3 (b) Tax Certificate for the Policyholder, select IT 3 (b) from the sub-menu on the left. 

The Tax Certificate - IT 3 (b) screen will be displayed.

Click VIEW PDF to view the IT 3 (b) Tax Certificate for the Policyholder.

IT 3 (c)

To view the IT 3 (c) Tax Certificate for the Policyholder, select IT 3 (c) from the sub-menu on the left. 

The Tax Certificate - IT 3 (c) screen will be displayed.

Click VIEW PDF to view the IT 3 (c) Tax Certificate for the Policyholder.
